Wow! A lovely local bakery in West Seattle. We stopped in on a farmer's market day; the place was buzzing, with a line. The line moved quickly, and the staff was super friendly. Fantastic array of baked goods: beautiful cakes, lots of cookies, cute little pastry treats, and a big selection of breads. We ordered some rosemary garlic bread and enjoyed it at home later that night; it was absolutely delicious, with the garlic flavor being strong but not overwhelming. It kept nicely for a couple of days. We had a scone while enjoying coffee. The scone was good; the iced coffee had wonderful flavor (not too bi...
Cute spot. Hard to find parking. Such cute cakes and desserts wow. Pretty truffles. Lots of options. Food okay. Desserts yummy and decorated so detailed.
A true gem! This bakery is a hidden treasure tucked away in the middle of the street. Parking was incredibly difficult to find, even though they have their own dedicated parking lot which is good. The truffles were exceptional – great flavors and great price. And most of them were dark chocolate which I personally love. The coffee was good too - staff were friendly. A perfect spot for a grab-and-go meal. Service was prompt and friendly. Not much seating.
Visit this Bakery Nouveau restaurant at least once when you visit Seattle. Their pastry selection is simply outstanding. Every Food is great and the restaurant area is in a great location . Thank you.
One of our must go places whenever we visit Seattle ! Great selection, puff pastry and sandwiches ! Warm drinks are delicious
Their pastry selection is simply astounding! From sweet treats to savory sandwiches, from twice-baked croissants to cinnamon rolls and danishes, they've got it all. I had the pleasure of trying their twice-baked chocolate croissant, and it was beyond superb, arguably the finest in the entire area.
We took our son and his family to our favorite coffee and bakes goods shop. We ordered a variety of drinks and goodies. A California Club, Twice Baked Almond and a Chocolate Croissants, a Parisian Macaron, and coffee and tea.
There was a line out the door on the day we visited but it moved quickly. Coffees and pastries in large display cases. We ordered a variety to try. The fruit pastries were sweet and flaky but they were very skimpy with the size or quantity. I finished the fruit in one bite with so much pastry to go. Overall a little on the pricey side for what we actually received.
It's a pricey place, but their items are exquisite. I also love, that they don't only have deserts, but also savory items, so their selection offers something for lunch as well.
Birthday German Cake was a bit dry and too much coconut. Disappointed. It was our first time ordering from this bakery. Beautiful cake, though.
Sooo yummy! Which explains why there’s always a big long line out the door. My favorite is the twice baked almond croissant. To die for. They also have really yummy macaroons and in general their pastries and desserts are well done. This place is dangerously close to my house!
Can't go to the Junction without stopping at this place with excellent pastries and savory sandwiches.
Man, this place is not cheap but I would hope that the best place to buy a cake in Seattle isn't. Picked up a Carrot Cake and Classic Chocolate Cake for my wife's birthday near Christmas Day and the place was packed! The customer service was terrific, friendly and fast. The cakes were out of this world. The only downside was it was a little pricey but hey, you gotta pay for the best and Bakery Nouveau, is the best. Two things up!
Very busy, but quick service! Apple & pear danishes are very good, as are the chocolate croissants. Friends enjoyed turkey sandwiches.
Great efficient and friendly service even when they are very busy! Of course, the pastries taste absolutely delicious! The twice baked chocolate croissant is my favorite so far!
The desserts were rich and delicious, and the mocha tasted like dark chocolate and strong coffee and wasn't overly sweet
Can not go to France for bakery goods? Then try Bakery Nouveau. A delicious delight.
Inconsistent sometimes great sometime average. Sometimes burnt sometimes over proofed, you never know what you're going to get.
Amazing things to try , best bakery I have ever been in Seattle .
Great things to eat here! I just wish they'd get a bigger place. We were left with no place to eat our food because there's only a couple of tables! They should realize that they are successful and have a lot of customers that would like to eat there. Hope they move to a bigger location to accommodate their customers. Hint....Hint!
On a whim on a Tuesday morning we decided to go to Bakery Nouveau for quiche. What a treat! Truly some of the best anywhere (not to mention everything else, all of which is superb) And one of the few if ever times there was nobody there but us!
Even with a crazy long Christmas Eve line, it moved quickly. Worth any wait, anyhow.
It's a legit French bakery when you walk in and see a great display of multiple selections. The spinach croissant was baked to heavenly perfection. The first bite gave a surprise crunchy goodness. The filling was not too salty and doesn't get the dough soggy. Great stuff. I'm screwed!
Amazing bakery in the heart of Alki. Just walking in and smelling the freshly baking bread is enough to get the hunger going. Freshly made sandwiches make for a great lunch. Broad and sinfully delicious selections of croissants and desserts. Fresh coffee to top it all off. Very friendly staff and welcoming place.
